What’s the best weight loss program that can fit around a busy lifestyle and relatively cheap?

I’m looking into Jenny Craig, but a friend of mine told me that once you get off it you gain the weight right back. And I want to lose my weight for good. It’s not that I eat a ton or am just lazy. It’s just that I live a very busy and hectic lifestyle and don’t have the time or money to eat very healthily or work out very much.

well i don’t think you would say this was cheap but a nintendo wii fit is very good, and get a work out game.. and it makes you do exercises, my mum did it 2 times a day.. and 4months later and shes got so skinny (:

Weight Loss Drugs Contain Poisonous Components

A fight for a slender figure may cost one good health and even life—that’s the conclusion from specialists of Research and Development Center “Test” in Kiev, Ukraine after they reviewed 10 diet drugs and found that half of them contain a life-threatening substance called sibutramine.

“The amount is just huge. Frankly, when we received results of tests for the first time and began to communicate with doctors, after taking such amounts we still do not know how people survive”.

Sibutramine, a poisonous substance, has not been specified on any of the packages of these Chinese drugs.

“Its dose is 2.5 – 5 times higher than that of pills that were sold in a pharmacy. 2.5 – 5 times higher — that makes it a poison, and there are symptoms of overdose, in fact symptoms of poisoning. The most frequent of them – are heart palpitations, high blood pressure, headaches, and dizziness.”

Doctors advise starting with more traditional ways to lose weight. And if they are not effective, one can then resort to special drugs under the supervision of specialists.

“Drugs are only effective for a period of reception and when a person stops taking the pills, if one does not reduce the caloric content of one’s diet and does not increase the intensity of physical activity, the weight will return.”

Although the volume of diet drugs sold in Ukraine amounts to more than a million dollars, many Ukrainians have expressed distrust of such drugs.

“If there was a drug for weight loss that was effective, then everybody would be thin.”

“Those things that do not act in a natural way can not be useful for the organism, by definition.”

“This is one side. On the other hand, no one chekcs the effect of biological additives after 10, 20, 30 and 40 years. How will this affect the heredity characteristics, how will it affect the health?”

According to doctors, 40 percent of women and 30 percent of men are overweight in Ukraine. And according to WHO experts, this is the reason for many deaths in Ukraine.
