(Day 11) Water Fasting For Weight Loss – 40 Day Water Fast

This is day 11 of my water fasting for weight loss journey. I’m not going to stop until I reach 40 days. I am down from 313lbs to 284lbs. My goal on this 40 days is to make it to 240lbs. I am losing a average of 2lbs a day. If you are fasting keep going. We are in this together. You can do it!

Has anyone found anything that promotes fast weight loss other then excercise alone?

There is a certain time in a womens life when she has extreme difficulty in losing weight. If you women know what I’m talking about and have found a way to lose weight please share!!!!

drinking two liters of water a day keeps your weight down, and when you feel hungry you could just need water not food. So drink a glass before you eat. If you have tummy pains(hunger pains) as normal, your hungry, if not, you needed water. Eating less calories and fruit, eating more often (like fruit snacks) keeps your metabolism going so your constantly burning food. You feel amazing after a week of doing so, and walking helps, tones your bum too.

p.s I dont know what time your talking about, since I’m 14, lost two stone in two months and have a nicely toned body too and stayed slim since :) Good luck x
