Hi. I’m going to start a weight loss program, but don’t know which one to do. Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers?

I know with both plans you have to be committed to it, but which one is easier? And does weight watchers offer pre-packaged meals? How much weight can you lose in two months with either plan?

I did Jenny Craig and it is a good program, but very expensive. I spent approximately $400 a month on food, not to mention the extra I spent on the veggies and fruit I had to eat. Weight watchers does have some pre-packaged foods, but it also works with food you can make yourself. If I had it to do all over again (and I need to lol) I will be going to Weight watchers so that you can actually learn to eat right, not just pick a package out of the freezer and eat. JC you don’t have a lot of choices of food and it gets boring. I did it for 6 months and lost 40 lbs. But, you need to exercise or else you will plateau and that gets discouraging

What is a good weight loss program on the computer?

I’m a 44 year old fat man(65 lbs.overweight)and I’m looking for a website that tracks your weight,food diary,and work out days,etc.I once lost the 65lbs….and sadly it came back.Please Help and I’ll give "best answer".

To keep the weight off the next time you are at home behind this thing waiting for it to boot

Get on the floor by the chair you are in and do 20 push ups OK not on you toes and hands only
If you can not try on the hands and Knees only

Go down slow and only the nose touches the floor then back up keep back straight no cheater push up sissy push up they are called

Then on your back and do 20 leg lifts 6" off the floor with a Up Spread Together Spread Together down

You will now be at the door step of getting it and keeping it off

How many times have I seen a guy at the gas pump hit it and gave 50 army regulation push ups while the car is filling with $3.05 a gallon

Maybe one day you can be that guy I do it and you wouldn’t believe how many people come over and ask why I did it

I get people to look at them selves You just did I tell them I am 61 retired military as my license plate already states
They smile and say I’ll have to start doing some I use to be able to.

How do you get motivated to start a weight loss program?

I am 43 years old, about 30 pounds overweight, last spring I had a heart attack and slight stroke. I know I need to get myself in shape, loose some weight and exercise but I just have no motivation. I work full time and have a husband and two teenagers at home so I always use that as an excuse. Im looking for some encouraging words to help motivate me. And maybe ideas from others that may also help.

If staying alive for your husband and two teenagers is not enough to motivate you, I’m not sure anything will.

My dad’s journey with weightloss after his heart attack and stroke (diabetes related) is what motivated me to examine my own health and lose 20+ pounds. He lost 60+ pounds in 6 months. I lost mine in 4, and have kept it off for almost a year.
