Too Fast Weight loss & Keeping calories up is a good thing!

I went to my Dr last week and today. Last week complaining about a plateau wondering if i had hormones out of whack or something. He did a blood panel on me as that hadnt been done in a yr or so. He said my numbers were GREAT today. Poster child for health with numbers. I confessed to him I had done my journal and found my calories were down to 1100-1200 day. I got an eyebrow raise and a talking to… I found on a website www.freedieting.com that my calories should be around 1640-1850 with exercise 3Xweek. He said that might even be to low. So I will play with numbers. You have to EAT to LOSE!! what a concept. I told him about some pain and how severe it has been. I went in today at 3 for an ultrasound to look for gallbladder issues. I hope to know next week. I will post on my personal channel about this. In this video will share why the gallbladder issues can happen.     Thank you Patty. I think we all need to remember why we want to loose weight. Is to be healthy. If we take it off to fast just as if we put it on to fast it can do damage and ruin our health. Huggs to you for starting the diaries!!

    @macomarell Thank you. The pains are slowly going down. And I am feeling a bit better. I have had those big losses before and loved them but didnt realize what was going on with me on the inside. I do need to take it a bit slower.

    Losing water weight is a very good thing, it is inflammation and needs to be gone. Inflammation is caused from bad food choices so when a person starts eating better of course they lose the inflammation.
    Sure hope you can get yourself healthy, that pain sounds awful.
    Guess I did OK with my weight loss, my average was about .2 every 4 days. Crash diets are very scary for sure.
    I love free dieting web site. I am there a lot.

    Thank you Tim. I did the ultrasound about an hour ago. Hopefully I will know monday if thats what it is or not. I just thought it was very enlightening what my dr shared with me.
