I went to my Dr last week and today. Last week complaining about a plateau wondering if i had hormones out of whack or something. He did a blood panel on me as that hadnt been done in a yr or so. He said my numbers were GREAT today. Poster child for health with numbers. I confessed to him I had done my journal and found my calories were down to 1100-1200 day. I got an eyebrow raise and a talking to… I found on a website www.freedieting.com that my calories should be around 1640-1850 with exercise 3Xweek. He said that might even be to low. So I will play with numbers. You have to EAT to LOSE!! what a concept. I told him about some pain and how severe it has been. I went in today at 3 for an ultrasound to look for gallbladder issues. I hope to know next week. I will post on my personal channel about this. In this video will share why the gallbladder issues can happen.
