I guess one thing I …
I guess one thing I would say is to set a goal of calories you should eat, (say, a 500 caloried deficit to whatever caloric intake you need to sustain your weight), and then let yourself have ONE treat each day, and no more of that. Your empty calories should only represent 10% of your calories. When I do this, I lose weight.

Thank you for this video Shanti. I feel like whenever I mess up, whether it be diet or exercise, I feel like CRAP! I don’t feel like giving up, but I do get EXTREMELY discouraged, because I feel like I’ll always maintain & never lose this year. ahhh!! lol. And then it ticks me off, because I feel like there’s no point in making a video update of nothing. You know? Anyway, thanks for the video. I think it’ll help.
