First day on Alli I did something VERY stupid. I went to a diner for breakfast and ate a huge greasy omelet with hashbrowns. Next meal I had was mac and cheese. Long story short…within hours my jeans were in the washing machine… If you eat too much fat you will get the OIL EXPLOSION FARTS. Don’t mean to be gross, but I’m just warning people not to binge on fatty foods while on this pill. For the past 3 days I have been sticking to a low fat diet and no problems at all.

    Whats the …
Whats the difference between an egg and a good fart?
You can beat an egg but you can’t beat a good fart. Which is why I love this stuff for a good satisfying fart. Oily discharge goes away pretty much if you eat lower fat The negative effects encourage you to do so which is an added positive.
Exercise and good diet is the only way really even with these pills as an aid

Actually I would think that the pancreas would secrete less lipases because of downregulation. Since the body now absorbs less fat, less lipases are needed.

    Hey folks!!

    USE YOUR HEAD.

Wouldn’t logic dictate that if you have oily stool, gas or diarrhea because those fat absorbing enzymes are blocked, that your pancreas will produce more enzymes to regulate your system, causing more wear and tear on your pancreas?

25% blocking = 25% more wear and tear on your pancreas and your colon when you expel these enzymes.

    Common sense, right?

I’m not a scientist, but I challenge you to prove me otherwise.

Alli works! As part of a diet and exercise program I actually lost a total of 82 pounds over a total of 6 months. I never had any side effects. Check out my videos, I do a weekly update showing the loss. I believe the “side effects” that most fear are self inflicted by trying to uses alli with a diet higher in fat then suggested. Its like when lays first brought out the WOW chips and people got “side effects” because they thought they could sit down and eat an entire bag in one sitting!

Those pills are really good!! I lost 7 pounds in my first week and am not exercising. What i do it’s try not to eat grassy food or with too many calories. I do my cooking at home and eat everything broiled pluss drink a lot of water. My goal is to lose 40 pounds and I have 33 left!!!! By the way I don’t have “accidents”…. I go to the bathroom like I used too before but I don’t go everyday and that’s normal in me.

I don’t want to get your hopes up because everyone’s different and I might just be a good case, but about 5-6 months. Keep in mind that after about a month it didn’t feel like I was on a diet anymore because I was eating foods I liked that weren’t bad for me.
