    @leonsam12 I doubt caffeine will keep you from building muscle. Naturally skinny people do have a harder time building muscle bulk than people with larger builds. Lift weights, more weight, less reps, that will increase muscle size (more reps at lower weight increase definition). Eat lots of protein after you lift weights too, like a fat, juicy steak, or tofu or beans if your vegetarian. I am not a doctor or a dietitian, just a guy who had this work for him.

    I took the ephedrine , caffeine diet pills. started out burning when I , had pains in my lower abdomen , throwing up , and then it got worse and I started blood. ended up in a hospital with an IV stuck in my arm . and was on antibiotics . nearly lost my life over those bullshit supplements

    that was 7 years ago. back to normal now with the exception of the pills left me unable to have children

    Based on what I have been told in med school esp. for prescription diet pills like Meridia and Xenical:

    1) Do they work? Yes
    2) Are the results long term? No, unless you change habits.
    3) Are there problems? Yes, esp. if you have cardiomyopathies (heart problems), hypertension, or are taking P450 enzyme inhibitors (e.g. sulfonamides, isoniazid, cimetidine, ketoconazole, erythromycin, and grapefruit juice)

    Not too sure about p-synephrine, but I think it’s a safer alternative to ephedrine.
