What is a good weight loss program to follow?

I want to lose weight. I have been trying out so many things but nothing seems to work. I want to lose weight fast.

You can do some exercise as muscles need exercise in order to remain elastic- bendable, movable, and strong. Without exercise, they begin to decrease in size. They may also become less efficient at work they are designed to do. That’s where fats come in to the picture. A proper exercise along with a healthy diet will help you lose weight in no time.

    Eat less and exercise more. This is the only thing that actually works with me. By eating less I mean smaller portions of the ones you normally would eat, do not try to starve yourself! This really doesn’t lead anywhere :) Try to exercise about one hour a day.

    You can’t just lose weight fast.
    Well, you can but it will come right back.
    If you want to successfully lose a bunch of weight, I suggest you change your life style.
    That’s the only way to do it.
    What you need mostly isn’t a "diet" but more of just a balanced meal, also including exercise.

    I’d say a good program if you don’t know where to begin is Weight Watchers.
    They do it all the healthy way.

    Here are ten weight loss tips that worked for me…

    1. Drink a lot of ice water, it curbs your appetite and burns calories.
    2. Do not skip meals… especially breakfast to jump start your metabolism.
    3. Eat more vegetables and snack on celery, sugar snap peas and cucumbers.
    4. Avoid sugar, fatty foods, carbohydrates and all drive thru’s.
    5. Use a smaller plate and walk away from the table before you are full.
    6. Keep track of your weight so you can measure your success.
    7. Have your favorite food on Friday of each week to get rid of the cravings.

    If you just cut back on portions a bit and eat the right types of foods: ie, low in fat and calories. You can easily cut back on your calories. As far as exercise goes simply walking for 30 minutes a day makes a huge difference. After 30 days of that, start adding in some light jogging. In a couple of months you can easily be running 30 to 40 minutes a day, burning up tons of calories and changing your body from the inside out. It’s beautiful what some simple road work will do.
