my cousin did the other thing on the stomach…
its totaly diffrent the gastric bypass!!!!
but basicly if u eat more then ur stomach can handel u gotta throw up or else u choke and die.

i am over weight but i just started like 2 months ago on this Dr. Poon diet… its really working for me… ive lost 40 pound already, and i am working out!!!!!

So is that what you say to somebody hooked on drugs? “Try not doing them”…Losing weight is not like quitting smoking, or drugs or drinking. You have to eat. I feel their pain because I was obese for most my life. It’s difficult when you have the same bad eating habits. It’s a total lifestyle change. I, too, tried many diets just to fall off the wagon. It took me 20 years to lose 100 lbs and keep it off.
